At J2k Appliances we have a number of delivery options to supply every area with high quality reconditioned appliances.
Delivery Within Our Radius.
A delivery fee of £10 is chargeable and aim provide same day, or next day delivery upon receiving your order. Unless otherwise stated by the customer. We deliver up to 15 miles only of our radius (DE14 1PT) SEE THE LIST BELOW FOR AREAS WE COVER. Please do not assume you qualify for delivery and check before making a purchase. We will deliver week days during our usual opening hours of Monday to Friday 12 till 3, Except Wednesday 10 to 12, we do not deliver at weekends, however collections from store can also be arranged during our weekend opening times of 10 till 12.
Please note the installation of appliances is at a charge of £10 and is a service provided at the customers request and at their own risk. We will endeavour to fit appliances to the best of our ability. J2k Appliances does not take any responsibility for any loss or damage done during the installation process or afterwards.
Collection
If you wish to collect an item we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation and installation of an item. Please seek advice when collecting an item if you are unsure on any of these matters. Ideally an item should be transported standing upright and secured in the vehicle to limit any damage or issues that may occur.
Additional Fees
Additional fees will be charged if no one is in at the arranged delivery time there maybe a charge for re-delivery. Please ask for more information when making your purchase. Hard wiring in appliances has an additional fee; for cookers, washing machines, dryers & dishwashers of £60. Sockets needs to be isolated for this to be done. If the socket is unable to be isolated upon installation we will be unable to carry out this service, but please note no refund will be given.
Please Note: We Do Not Install Or Disconnect Gas Appliances.
Exclusions to deliveries
We will not fit an item if the area is deemed unsafe, or if there is lack of plumbing such as no waste water or water supply to connect a washing machine, or due to poor electrical standards, poorly fitted worktops, waste access or rotting water isolators. Each house is different so this will be judged at the the time by our engineer.
Integrated Appliances
We do not install intergrated appliances in any way.
