Delivery & Returns
We aim to deliver an item within 3 days of receiving the order unless otherwise stated by the customer.
We deliver up to 15 miles of our radius (DE14 1PT) please do not assume you will qualify for delivery and check before making a purchase.
We will deliver during our usual opening hours of Monday to Friday 9 till 5 collections can be made at weekends but need to be pre arranged. Customers can arrange a courier to collect an item but the customer needs to arrange this, we do not arrange courier services and have no means of weighing wrapping or supplying pallets.
If you are collecting an item we are not responsible for any damage that may take place during transportation and installation. Please seek advice when collecting an item if you are unsure on any of these matters. Ideally an item should be transported standing up to limit any damage that may occur.
Additional fees are chargeable for upstairs deliveries if there is no one available to help lift up the stairs. There will be a fee applied for someone to help with the lift.
If no one is in at the arranged delivery time then there maybe a charge for re delivery. Please ask for more information when making your purchase.
We will not fit an item if the area is deemed unsafe (due poor electrical standards, poorly fitted work tops, rotting water or waste access etc) this will be judged at the time by our engineer. Integrated appliances will be plumbed in, and powered on fitting of cabinet doors are not part of the insulation service.
All reconditioned items are covered with 3 months warranty. (activated on the day of delivery or collection as recorded on sales invoice) If there is an issue with your machine within the warranty period the item is covered and we will either repair the item or do a like for like exchange.
If the item was delivered within the 15 miles there will be no refund only an repair or a exchange. Outside the 15 miles the item will need to be returned for a refund or exchange only. No repair will be offered in this instance. The warranty covers any fault which may have developed. There is an expectation that their will be reasonable wear and tear to the item, but if the use of the item seems to be excessive, or if the item has been purposely miss-used, then an exchange/repair/refund may not be offered, or may incur additional charges. Our engineer will determine this.
Exclusions The warranty does not cover:
Deliberate damage, accidental damage, cosmetic damage, dropping of item during transportation or installation, over loading / misuse, damage, to door seals, mouldy door seals, blocked pumps, items between the drums i.e bra wires coins hair grips etc. If you do experience any of the above, still get in touch as we may be able to help, offer advice over the phone or guide you through rectifying the issue.
Please do not leave an issue, as it is likely that it will only get worse, and may void your warranty
